Return & Exchange Policy

At Selene, we take great pride in offering you premium, high-quality luxury fragrances crafted with a 33.33% concentration of natural perfume oils. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable. We kindly ask our customers to carefully review their orders before completing the checkout process.

We do not accept exchanges for our fragrances. Once a fragrance has been shipped and received, we are unable to offer any exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
